Ankita’s passion for her work has seen her venture, Ankita Chugh Weddings (ACW), evolve into VARADA Luxury Events & Experiences. Today, VARADA carries forward ACW’s award-winning legacy with the same chutzpah that has won it multiple laurels in the past. Not only is Ankita an accomplished host, but she can easily switch sides and execute the client’s vision with deceptive ease.
Perhaps it’s her Rajasthani upbringing, hosting elaborate events at home, or her years of training and experience; Ankita has a keen eye for detail and a burning desire for perfection. With her eagerness to understand people and her inclination to lead by example, event management comes naturally to Ankita. Add to that her previous experiences at Star India and Red Events, you get a complete event planner.
There are three things that enable Ankita to excel in event management;
1. Ability to envision the end result
2. Drive for creating a memorable experience
3. Complete transparency in her work
She has an inherent ability to put a client at ease with her friendly and inclusive approach. She passionately believes in striking a balance between conveying grandeur and keeping the unique essence of every event intact. That, and the knack of planning things to the last detail.
“Your next inspiration could come from a movie, a unique travel experience, a piece of art, an architecture marvel or from a great event! We want to create events that leave an impact!”
Loves: Writing, photography, travel, music, new designs and ideas, and fiddling with new technology.

Lavish had a unique introduction to the world of events at a very young age. With a 70-year-old family business of tent production in Indore, he quickly took a liking to the buzz and fascination of events. He did his post-graduation from Mumbai’s National Institute of Event Management. With a clear focus on his choice of career, he honed his skills at a number of event companies such as Red Events and Cineyug for over eleven years.
He cut his teeth on a multitude of big-ticket events like IPL Openings, Slam Tour TOIFA, Star Screen Awards, Zee Cine Awards, Filmfare Awards, Start Parivar and Stardust Awards. Having such a distinguished list of events to back him, he has this indescribable knack of recognising an event’s pulse and coming up with an experience tailored to surpass a client’s expectations.
At an event, Lavish is the heart of a well-oiled machinery that keeps the event rolling smoothly. His years of experience of working at large events serve him well. He has achieved the magical ability to be present at multiple places at once. A few instructions here and a few signals there, he keeps his team going to keep the event running seamlessly.
VARADA (va-ra-da): A granter of wishes… a name associated with Lord Shiva & Goddess Lakshmi, one who is all benevolent and the other who leads one towards their goals.
